For Partners · パートナーシップ

You built the space.
We bring Japan to it.

Okawari is a B2B wellness concept. We do not operate spas — we transfer a complete Japanese wellness system into businesses that are ready to deliver something their competitors cannot.

Who This Is For

Three types of partners.
One standard.

01

Spa & Salon Owners

You have an established business with staff, clients, and a space. You are not starting from scratch — you are elevating. Okawari integrates into your existing operation and adds a Japanese wellness tier that commands a premium your current services cannot justify.

What changes: New service tier · Higher treatment pricing · Differentiated market position
02

Hospitality Investors

You are building a hotel, resort, or wellness destination and you need a spa concept that is genuinely distinctive — not a collection of treatments that guests have experienced everywhere else. Okawari becomes your signature wellness program, backed by a proven Japanese methodology.

What changes: Unique wellness offering · Guest experience differentiation · Brand credibility
03

Licensing Partners

You want to open a wellness space under the Okawari brand in your market. You bring the location, the investment, and the vision. Okawari brings the concept, the curriculum, and the training. We build it together — and we maintain the standard together.

What changes: Full brand license · Complete system transfer · Ongoing support

What You Receive

Not a training.
A complete system.

Every Okawari partnership includes the full architecture of the concept — curriculum, training, methodology, and ongoing support. Nothing is withheld. The goal is a partner who can deliver the standard independently.

Full Curriculum Transfer

The complete Okawari wellness curriculum — developed over 14 years and proven across thousands of treatments — translated and delivered in English. Wabi-Sabi philosophy, Sound of Treatment methodology, anatomy-based technique.

On-Site Staff Training

Megumi and certified Okawari therapists travel to your location. Your staff is trained directly, in your space, on your guests. All travel, visa, and logistics costs are covered by the partner. The training comes to you.

Concept & Space Consultation

Guidance on applying Wabi-Sabi principles to your physical space — without a full renovation. Atmosphere, sound design, scent, lighting, ritual protocol. The environment is part of the treatment.

Partnership Agreement

Every partnership is individually negotiated. Scope, pricing, and delivery model are discussed and agreed based on your business, your market, and your goals. No fixed packages — because no two businesses are the same.

The Process

From first conversation
to your first guest.

Four steps. No guesswork. Every detail is agreed before anything begins.

01

Discovery Call

Fill out the enquiry form. Within 48 hours, Megumi or her team will schedule a call to understand your business, your market, and what you are trying to build.

02

Concept Presentation

Megumi presents the full Okawari system — curriculum, training model, and a tailored recommendation for how it integrates into your specific business.

03

Agreement

Scope, delivery timeline, and investment are discussed and agreed. Everything is transparent before any commitment is made on either side.

04

Training & Launch

The Okawari team arrives at your location. Your staff is trained. Your space is calibrated. Your first guest experiences something they have never felt before.

Important to Know

We work with
a select number
of partners each year.

Okawari is not a scalable product. It is a precision system. Maintaining the standard means limiting the number of partnerships we take on. If you are serious about bringing authentic Japanese wellness to your market, the conversation should start now.

There is no pricing on this page — because every partnership is different. The first step is always a conversation.

Begin the conversation

Is Okawari right
for your business?

Tell us about what you are building. We will tell you honestly whether Okawari is the right fit — and if it is, how we make it work.
